I have seen a few things recently on social media, namely Instagram, where Tarot is heavily featured in fashion trends. It was whilst I was swooping around on Instagram, that I found this:
Jayde Fish is a San Francisco based designer and illustrator who takes inspiration from fashion, textiles, nature, and vintage children’s books. Jayde’s drawings were recently featured on clothing for GUCCI’s SS 2017 runway show, after the celebrated creative director Alessandro Michele discovered her work on Instagram. Here above – the regal and magnificent Emperor.

I absolutely love the idea of tarot as any sort of inspiration, so it works for me…just need a lottery win to buy one of these pieces now.
Meanwhile, check out more of this amazing artist’s work here:

Likewise, Dior has also been utilising the complex symbolism and beautiful illustrations of the tarot in their Autumn Winter 2107 collection.
Maria Grazia Chiuri – a renowned Italian fashion designer, used her own beloved tarot deck as inspiration for her design of a fantastic ‘coat’ ( coat does not begin to go anywhere near to describing the exquisite nature of this one off piece of haute couture).
